I am Toshi!!


Hi! My name is Toshihiro Kurata. Please call me Toshi or KuraToshi. My school is University of Shimane.
 

I like ROCK music. My favorite ROCK BAND is Red Hot Chili Peppers!!! Do you like ROCK music? What kind of music do you like? Why am I like music? Because ROCK music is very cool. ROCK BAND singes with every effort. They has a ROCK`s soul!!
 
I also like soccer. I am playing soccer since junior high school. My respected soccer player is Johan Cruijff. He is Dutch soccer player. He is a genius. He made a total football!! Total football is soccer tactics. This tactics is an idea that isn`t worth the paper it`s written on. However Cruijff is realized. So, I respected him.
 

 Do you like cooking? I love cooking. I am cooking every day. I made an Italian cooking yesterday. I made carbonara and salmon`s meuniere yesterday. It is very good taste.

I will upload my dish`s picture in this BLOG. I am going to challenge France cookery.

However France is very hard that I am cooking.

    Hi, Toshi. I know Red Hot Chili Peppers, too. One of my best friend record her favorite music onto a CD disc and gave it to me as a birthday present. The song was 'can't stop', which is a really nice song. I'm very much looking forward to your dish pictures!

    Hey, what's up!
    Soccer is really big in my home country (Germany)! Some of my friends from Asia study German because they like the country for soccer alone!

    What is your favorite dish? I love Italian cuisine, but French one is also really good. I recommend Italian Tiramisu (a sweet dessert) and Risotto al Funghi Porcini. The risotto is rice with mushrooms and it tastes reeeeally good.

      My favorite dish is Japanese food. However I love all foods. I will try to make Tiramisu.

    Hey Toshi,
    I like rock music too! My favorite bands are mostly from Japan. I like: L'arc~En~Ciel, The Pillows and Asian Kung-fu Generation. Some popular Canadian rock bands are "Rush" and "Nickelback".

    I think it is really cool that you can cook! I do not know how. Good luck with French cooking. Bon appetit!

    I like Asian Kung-fu Generation too!!!　Their ROCK is very cool!!!
    I don't know "Rush" and "Nickelback". so, I will listen to the CD.
