Introduce myself

In this post, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Narumi. Please call me Narumi. I’m 18 years old. My birthday is February 11th. I live in Shimane Prefecture in Japan. Shimane Prefecture is famous for the Shinji lake of a big lake. It is very cold if winter comes, although it is a good place. I belong to track and field club’s manager and South Korean cultural-studies circle. Track and field club has three practices per week. I like seeing a long-distance game that marathon, ekiden and so on. Activities of studying Korean or making Korean food from South Korean cultural-studies circle. I interested in South Korean culture. I would like to study in South Korean sometime.

I like Yuta Tamamori. Do you know Yuta Tamamori? He is one of the singers of a group called a Kis-My-Ft2 of Japan. He is very cool! I want to go to his group’s concert. Is there any entertainer whom you like to Japanese people?

There are six people in my family, grandmother, father, mother, 2 old sisters, and me. I am living alone now. Therefore, I am very lonely. I like Japanese food very much, for example, I like sushi, natto and tempura. However, I am poor at cooking. I would like to do my best in cooking from now on.

Thank you very much. I look forward to learning English with you. Please ask me many questions.

He is Yuta Tamamori.

  1. Hi Narumi, my name is Sarah. I also have two older sisters who live far away and miss them very much. Do you live far away from your sisters? I don't know any Japanese entertainers, but I look forward to learning from you. Besides Yuta Tamamori, who else do you like?

  2. Hello Narumi! My name is Chris. I used to be in the track and field club when I was in high school. I was on the high jump team in the club, but after I went to university, I don't have time for track and field anymore. I love Japanese food and I really want to try natto, but the smell of natto is very strong! Is there a way for beginners to eat natto?

    1. Thank you for your comment. I like high jimp too. It is very exciting. We put in and eat a Welsh onion and mustard to nattto. There are some Japanese who put in and eat natto to curry and rice.

  3. Hi Narumi, i love japanese music too, especially j-rock music. My Favourite Japanese band is The Gazette. Have you heard of them? I think they are pretty popular in Japan. Their songs are incredible!! I went to their concert once in Tokyo Dome, and it was awesome!! Everyone was so passionate and excited in the concert, they actually screamed and shook their heads back and forth LOL
